Hi, I'm Minty — the maker behind MintyDaisyCreations.

I first started this little crochet journey in 2024 with a simple goal: to earn an income through something I loved. But over the past two years, it quietly became so much more. MintyDaisyCreations grew into my creative identity, a place where I discovered the joy of making with intention, embracing individuality, and beginning again.

Today, my hope is to create more than handmade pieces. I want to build a gentle space that celebrates creativity, encourages self-expression, and reminds others that being wonderfully different is something to be proud of.

I didn’t grow up as the typical high-achieving student. While many people found confidence in academics, I found mine in colours, textures, and creating with my hands. For years, I was made to believe that being “too artsy” or “too different” wasn’t practical, so I quietly tucked that part of myself away. But it never truly disappeared.

When I entered college, I found my way back to creativity through crochet. What began as simple curiosity slowly became healing. Every stitch reminded me that I didn’t have to fit into one definition of success—I could embrace my individuality and create a life that felt genuinely mine.

Today, MintyDaisyCreations is more than a crochet brand. It’s a gentle creative space that celebrates new beginnings, encourages creative expression, and reminds others that being wonderfully different is something to be proud of. Through handmade pieces, poetry, and storytelling, I hope to inspire others to rediscover the joy of creating with heart.
